3 Days Retreat in Goa
If you are short of time but want to spend some quality holiday time enjoying and at the same time utilizing it in some useful way, we offer 3 days yoga retreat for all. Anyone can join in this retreat. In retreat your day start with body and mind cleansing through typical vedic tradition. Our center is the perfect place to unwind, relax, rejuvenate and meditate.

First Session
In the beginning of retreat if any participants has facing stomach problems such as indigestion, stomach upset, hyper acidity, bellyache etc., we cure it through our herbal ayurvedic medicine. This is first step of cleaning process. It is well known fact that with upset stomach your mind not works properly .
In retreat you start your day with some vedic and yogic kriyas like:
7:00 A.M – 8:00 A.M
Jal-neti, Sutra-neti and Kunjal kriya (vomiting through luke warm water)
8:00 A.M – 9:30 A.M
Hatha yoga asana & Pranayam (Awakening and balancing of Prana shakti)
9:30 A.M – 10:30 A.M – Breakfast
10:30 A.M – 11:30 A.M
Theoretical session for yoga, meditation, body and mental health. Spiritual questions and queries will allow for all.
12:00 P.M- 13:00 P.M – Lunch
13:00 P.M – 16:00 P.M – Rest & self study
Second Session
16:00 P.M – 17:30 P.M – Hatha Yoga session
17.30 P.M – 18 P.M – Tea break
18:00 P.M – 19:00 P.M- Meditation
20:00 P.M – Dinner
Disclaimer – Day by day asana, pranayama and meditation techniques increases to higher level. Retreat start with basic and slowly moves to advance level .
Food & Accommodation
At World Happiness Retreat, you will be provided with a home like clean and cozy rooms with all basic amenities. Our rooms are airy, with view of the beaches, a single / double beds. Our foods and meals are self cooked, home like Indian dishes that are not only tasty but hygienic, clean and fresh.
Booking Policy
- To ensure a place in the retreat, kindly deposit 20% of the total fee in advance. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable amount.
- If for any reason you are unable to attend the program, the deposited amount will be valid for the next 12 months from the start date of the program that you initially opted for.
- The balance fee can be paid before or after your arrival however before the start of the program
- If for any reason you choose to leave during the course we may consider to reverse your fee on a pro rata basis. Your case will be considered individually and a percentage may be offered. This does not include 20% non-refundable initial booking payment.
